Headrick Ops Consulting was founded on a simple belief: the operational systems a company runs on matter as much as the product it ships. Most growing teams know this but few have the time, expertise, or bandwidth to build those systems properly.
That's where we come in. We design and build the workflows, automations, documentation, and infrastructure that let teams stop improvising and start scaling.
THE FOUNDER
Reed Headrick
After building operational infrastructure at Google, Microsoft, and ResMed, a 2023 layoff led to an unexpected opportunity: joining a Seattle startup as its first employee.
Starting as a technician and finishing as Director of Operations, Reed helped grow the company from ~$7K/month to $40K+/month in revenue by applying enterprise-grade operational systems under startup constraints.
Headrick Ops Consulting is the product of both worlds: the rigor of Fortune 10 operations and the ownership mindset of a startup builder.
